Mr. P. R. Ramesh is an Independent Director of CCIL since August 2020. 

He was the Chairman of Deloitte India and has over 40 years of experience in the profession of accounts and audit. He has also served as a member of Deloitte Global Board and Deloitte Asia Pacific Board. He has also been associated with various  Regulatory bodies viz. SEBI, RBI, IRDA and also was member of the Committee for Reforming the Regulatory Environment for doing Business in India set up by Government of India. He has served clients in manufacturing, banking and financial services, technology, media, telecommunications, energy and resources and consumer business sectors throughout his professional career. He has been the audit partner of various prominent companies in the Country.

He is a Fellow Member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI) and a graduate in Commerce from Osmania University, Hyderabad.
