About us

Mr. Pankaj Srivastava is a Vice President and the Company Secretary & Compliance Officer at CCIL.

Mr. Srivastava is responsible for Corporate Secretarial, Compliance and CSR functions of the Company and its subsidiaries. 

He possesses more than 20+ years of work experience and has been working with CCIL since August 2017. Prior to joining CCIL, he has worked as the Company Secretary of National Securities Depository Limited (NSDL) and NSDL e-Governance Infrastructure Ltd. (now Protean eGov Services Ltd) and was handling Corporate Secretarial, Legal, Compliance, Internal Audit and CSR functions there. He has also earlier worked with ING Vysya Bank Ltd (now Kotak Mahindra Bank Ltd.) handling the depository participant services and other branch banking operations.  

He is a Fellow Member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India (FCS), law graduate (LL.B), Post Graduate in Commerce (M.Com) and holds Diploma in Business Finance (DBF) from ICFAI.
